Preheat 200℃ / 392℉
👉 Bake in 190℃ / 374℉ preheated oven for about 30 mins
🎵 Pullman bread pan I used
Top: 17cm x 12.5cm / Bottom: 15cm x 11cm / Height: 12.5cm
* If possible, I would like to recommend using the same or similar size pan because it gives a better result.
🎵 Ingredients
▷ water 120g
▷ milk 135g
▷ instant dry yeast - faster version 7g(2tsp) / slower version 4g(1tsp)
▷ sugar 30g
▷ salt 7g (1+1/4tsp)
▷ melted butter 30g (can replace with oil)
▷ bread flour 360g
✨ Egg salad (approximate amount)
▷ boiled eggs 9ea
▷ mayonnaise 3~4Tbsp (If you add a little, it will be light, if you add a lot, it will be softer)

    꾸움님! 벌써 3년전 꾸움님 영상 보며 치아바타 처음으로 만들어 성공하고 신나서 몇번을 만들어 먹고.. 이후엔 치아바타 종종 생각날때마다 만들자니 번거롭게 느껴져 제가 사는 도시에 나름 유명빵집서 치아바타 사먹었는데 영 성에 안차더라구요... 그래서 오랜만에 직접 만들고자! 다시 찾아왔어요^^ 그동안 다른 무반죽 레시피 영상들이 올라온게 여러개 보이지만... 꾸움님 영상이 원조라고 생각하고 볼거예요!ㅎ 아까 풀리쉬 만들어놓고 내일 아침에 만들 순서 포스트잇에 적어보다 댓글도 남겨봅니다💛 오래 업로드 영상이 없는데.. 잘 지내고 계신거죠??

    180도 50초 데운 오븐에서 틀까지 올라올 때까지 발효, 보통 1시간 남짓 걸림 틀까지 올라오면 200도에서 15분 예열, 굽기 전 우유 발라 190도 25분에서 굽기

    tried this recipe last week and it was the best milk bread I've ever made! When I shared it with my friends, they thought it was store bought! Thank you for the recipe, and thank you for showing the various stages of the dough, it was really helpful for me to understand when I needed to add more water 😊 The only changes I made was proofing it in the oven with the light on. I followed the instructions in the description for colder temperatures, but after 3 folds, there wasn't enough gluten development. It's too cold in Canada even in the summer lol

    I’m making this bread now. And i love chewy bread so I thought I’d use 220g bread flour (like kkume recommended in the description) but after 2 rounds of folding, and waiting the window pane test is still not good. When I press the dough, it springs back (quite dense). Idk what to do 😢 I forgot about the milk’s wrong measurement and used 35 g instead of 45… Maybe that’s why? But the dough came together well.

      Update let it sit and it was okay. But during fermentation all my butter leaked out lol. Risky method if u dont have a thermometer

    따라서 만들어보았더니 너무 맛있는 모카빵이됐네요😊😊😊 반죽기가 있어서 기계를 사용했는데 쉽고 금방 만들었네요. 생각보다 사이즈가 엄청 크네요😂😂 핫도그번보다 조금 크게 만드려다가 당황했어요ㅋㅋㅋ

    Not sure what happened when I made this but I barely got 130gm weight each for 4 loaves so I just made two and increased my bake time by 10 mins. OMG so good, soft, and delicious.
